Please note: Buildings located on the Depot Campus need to contact facilities directly.
You will need your NetID and Password to access this request system.
You will be be asked to:
- Select a realistic priority for your request
- Select the building location in need of service
- Complete your request with specific details - this may include the name and contact information for those most familiar with the service request
